Individual profiles with privacy control that includes:

• Wall

• Activity feed

• RSS feed

• Your groups

• Photo albums up to 500 photos

• List of your articles

• Twitter updates

• File Sharing allows you to share 20 files with a 30MB file size limit

• Your Videos - only supports video embedding

• Private messaging.

Groups - Private and open

Blogs - create your own

Forum that supports bbcode (this was the only requirement that Darkside had, LOL)

Subscription to threads - you'll get an email when there's a new post.
